One reads a lot about introducing new technologies in the workplace, but in most cases it appears that one forgets for what purpose and for whom these technologies have to be developed. Until now, I have tried various hotel management software solutions, all of them ending up being a labyrinth of tabs, levels, buttons, etc. … confusing for the work we do at our hostel. All the solutions were made for hotels but lacked the functionality for our day to day management. I am not exaggerating when I say that OSCAR was “the discovery”.
